몇살부터 가능한가요?
✔️ 루트 필라테스의 키즈 프로그램은 필라테스 기구와 소도구를 사용할 수 있는 아이들을 대상으로 디자인 되었습니다. 일반적인 시작 연령은 13세 입니다만 아이들마다 개인차가 있으므로 정확한 키/몸무게를 알려주시면 친절히 상담드리겠습니다🙏
얼마나 해야 효과를 볼 수 있나요?
✔️ 아이들의 몸은 스펀지 같아서 금세 효과가 나타납니다. 하지만 더 중요한 것은 꾸준히 운동함으로서 진짜 코어 근육을 키우는 것에 있습니다. 코어 근육이 제대로 잡혀야 아이들의 척추도 유연성도 근골격도 건강할 수 있습니다👍

✔️ Our Kids program is designed for children who can use Pilates equipment and props. While the typical starting age is 13, individual differences exist, so please provide the height/weight for personalized advice🙏

✔️ Children‘s bodies respond quickly, but consistency is key to truly strengthening core muscles. Proper core strength ensures spine, flexibility, and musculoskeletal health👍
